After more than 20 years of dedicated leadership, our founding Executive Director, Elaine Lantz, will be retiring at the end of 2025. Elaine’s vision, compassion, and unwavering commitment have shaped The Glen into the supportive community it is today.

The Glen’s Board of Directors has partnered with a trusted executive search firm to find the next Executive Director who will build on Elaine’s legacy and guide The Glen into its next chapter. Elaine will remain with us through the transition period to ensure continuity and a smooth handover.

We are deeply grateful for Elaine’s leadership and are optimistic about the future of The Glen as we continue our mission to serve mothers and children with hope and inspiration as they build their future stories.
